Abstract


Pembatasan Kepemilikan Hak atas Tanah untuk rumah tinggal yang telah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, dikarenakan kaidah hukum tanpa adanya sanksi lebih berkonotasi sebatas pernyataan saja.
